Preparing to the launch of "Al-Qurba" journal, Al-Kafeel Center for Translation met with Dr. Hassan Shikoh from the University of Birmingham during his visit to holy Karbala.

The meeting focused on exploring horizons for scientific and cultural cooperation. As a member of the editorial board of Al-Qurba, Dr. Shikoh provided a series of scholarly and technical observations. He reaffirmed his support for the journal and expressed his readiness to collaborate with the Center to enhance its academic standing and international presence.

Furthermore, the Center presented Dr. Shikoh with its latest publication, the book "Point and Goal from the Glorious Quran", as part of its ongoing efforts to expand cognitive engagement and outreach with researchers and academics.

In a related context, the Center extended an official invitation to Dr. Shikoh to participate in upcoming conferences organized by Holy Al-Abbas Shrine, including the 13th International Imam Hassan (pbuh) Conference and the 7th Al-Ameed International Conference. Dr. Shikoh expressed his willingness to attend and contribute actively to these scholarly events.
